Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support our servicing operations. This role is primarily responsible for cleaning and basic handling of desktop PC units, as well as assisting senior technicians during maintenance and repair procedures. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn within a technical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough internal and external cleaning of desktop PC units using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Assist technicians during hardware servicing, upgrades, and diagnostics
  • Perform basic disassembly and reassembly of PC components under supervision
  • Prepare and arrange components and accessories for technician use
  • Observe and report any visible hardware concerns or irregularities
  • Adhere to safety protocols and handling procedures for sensitive electronic components
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of desktop PC components and handling practices
  • Familiarity with cleaning tools such as compressed air, brushes, and microfiber cloths
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctual, dependable, and proactive in task execution
  • Prior experience in a technical or servicing environment is an advantage but not required
