Primary Details: Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: Employee Responsibilities Influence senior leaders on leveraging framework to simplify processes. Enable team members to contribute to business unit strategy discussions related to process simplification. Ensure alignment with senior leaders on focus areas and priorities. Drive awareness and adoption of core capabilities and services among senior leaders. Ensure compliance with legislation, industry codes, and company policies. Initiate and capitalise on best practices and innovations. Complete all required advice and compliance training successfully. Drive continuous business process improvement aligned with business unit KPIs. Encourage team members to demonstrate company values and core capabilities. Manage operational and organisational design effectively. Work Experience Necessary Work Experience: Moderate relevant experience. Preferred Work Experience: Moderate experience managing or leading others. Practiced in building and improving business processes. Strong operational and service background. Qualifications Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate basic office equipment including telephone, headset and computer.
