Business Process Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity
- Ensure completeness of all submitted documents and obtain missing information and invoices from medical providers as necessary
- Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
- Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
- Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week
- Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply, no prior experience is required
- High proficiency in Mandarin is required, in both reading and writing
- Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND / OR current external environment / situation)
- Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
