Agile Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
  • Scrum Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and coach teams in agile best practices to maintain velocity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present clear, jargon-free updates to executives and clients. Maintain an up-to-date record of scope, risks, and key decisions.
  • Project Management: Plan, budget, and resource multiple concurrent work streams. Apply rigorous change control and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Commercial Oversight: Own delivery P&L: monitor margin, burn-rate, and revenue recognition. Maintain accurate forecast-to-complete data for every engagement.
Requirements
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3-5 years' experience guiding agile teams.
  • Formal project management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficient with PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with developers and C-suite stakeholders.
