Scrum Master

Proactis Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines The Scrum Master/Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of software initiatives within one or more squads. Acting as the central point for planning, coordination, and delivery tracking, you will work closely with Head of Delivery, UK Leads, Architects, and Technical Leads to ensure work is delivered predictably, to quality standards, and aligned with organisational goals. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage delivery across distributed teams in the UK and Philippines. You will own the delivery process end-to-end, removing impediments, aligning priorities, and ensuring that teams have what they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Delivery Ownership Plan, track, and manage delivery of initiatives from inception to release. Ensure delivery timelines are met, managing dependencies and risks proactively. Facilitate cross-team coordination where dependencies span multiple squads Facilitate and optimise agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Stand-ups will be facilitated by the PH Technical Lead, but you must maintain day-to-day visibility of progress, risks, and blockers to ensure delivery remains on track. Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams. Maintain transparency through meaningful and actionable delivery metrics, including squad performance and team health. Performance Tracking & Reporting Create and monitor delivery KPIs such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, DORA metrics, SLA adherence, and qualitative team health measures. Build and maintain delivery dashboards/reports to identify trends and support data-driven decisions. Ensure metrics directly support predictability, quality, and stakeholder confidence. Stakeholder Management Act as primary delivery point-of-contact for UK Leads, Architects, and other stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and delivery plans in a clear and timely manner. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, and delivery commitments are honoured. Team Enablement Work with Technical Leads to unblock issues quickly. Ensure that delivery constraints (e.g., environments, tooling, documentation) are addressed in advance. Key Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years’ experience in software delivery management, Agile project management, or a similar role. Strong background in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or scaled agile frameworks. Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and to quality. Exceptional organisational and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones. Preferred: Experience in large-scale distributed engineering teams. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile delivery tools. Understanding of software engineering practices and development lifecycle. Exposure to UK/European business environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
