Role Description This is a hands‑on senior position responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to the Australian market. You’ll oversee social media content, SEO/SEM performance, digital advertising, and online promotions to ensure our brand stands out and reaches the right audiences. Qualifications Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, leads, and conversions. Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business goals. Create engaging, on‑brand content for digital channels, including posts, blogs, and email newsletters. Analyze digital performance data, prepare monthly reports, and recommend actionable improvements. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to deliver consistent messaging. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in Australia. Skills and Experience 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within the Australian market. Proven track record in social media management, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush. Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone. Experience with website CMS WordPress. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to execution.
