This role involves supervising accounting staff, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: General Ledger Management: Supervise daily operations, ensure timely close processes, review journal entries and reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, assist in management reports and audits. Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop policies, ensure regulatory adherence, support SOX compliance. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, conduct evaluations, identify training needs. Process Improvement: Implement efficiency enhancements, leverage technology. Collaboration: Work with other teams to provide financial insights. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
