Accounts Payable Supervisor (Night Shift - Onsite)

Job Description

Position: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Schedule: 8pm to 5am

Work set-up: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)

Responsibilities
  • Processing - Update Trello at the end or beginning of each week for the next week’s reports.
  • Train current and new employees on navigating the software and advise on the processes and policies that are followed in the processing departments.
  • Research past dues and disconnect notices and work to resolve them in a timely manner; log disconnect notices on the “Disconnect notice log.”
  • Ensure that all reports are completed and sent to clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensure processing team members complete PE tickets weekly and answer processing questions from inhouse and external groups.
  • Provide updates on changes, processes or policies and update RP documentation.
  • Create and close MACs before deadlines; generate missing bill invoices as needed; process invoices; manage mising bill workflow; supervise mail room activities and ensure timely mail handling and scanning/attaching of invoices.
  • Oversee the Missing Bill, Mail Room, and other related processing tasks; back up responsibilities as needed.
  • Participate in additional projects and training as listed in the role description.
Qualifications
  • Data entry or accounts payable experience; excellent 10-key ability.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
  • Competent with written and spoken English; strong vendor communication skills.
  • Experience supervising a small team and managing accounts payable workflows.
  • Location: Mabalacat, Pampanga (relocation preferred)
  • Experience: Supervisory 1 year (preferred); AP/Invoice 3 years (preferred).
