Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent JoinLife's luxury condominiums and manage client inquiries with a deep understanding of market trends.
  • Conduct personalized property viewings and presentations to affluent, high-net-worth clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales in a way that aligns with the luxury and prestige of JoinLife.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our properties' unique features and upscale amenities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing a top-tier sales experience from inquiry to close.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and support teams to ensure seamless transactions and an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury properties.
  • Accredited sales agent or licensed real estate broker.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in real estate is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, upholding the luxury brand's image.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience inluxury condominium salesis highly preferred but not mandatory.
