From designing scalable sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best‑in‑class tools and products at their fingertips, the SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer‑centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals, no matter how big or small. Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for the Ads Platform. Collaborate with marketing teams on lead‑generation initiatives. Build and manage a pipeline of business. Consult with decision makers and align Ads strategies with identified marketing and business objectives. Onboard new clients onto the Ads Platform and set them up for long‑term success. Consistently reach or exceed performance goals while delivering a best‑in‑class experience to clients. Manage the full sales cycle with customers not yet on the platform; from prospecting to closing a deal, managing the customer in the first few months before fast‑traking to AM. Work cross‑functionally with marketing teams and in‑country teams to determine key growth industries and execute this strategy. Manage and develop business relationships with clients from local and China. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and/or business development. Deep understanding of the Small and Medium Business industry. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and reaching out to new customers. Proven track record of exceeding performance targets. Comfortable with Mandarin communications as you will need to develop business relationships with clients across China.
