Job Description As an AU Sourcing Specialist, you'll partner with recruiters to understand requirements, source and screen candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline. You will engage with professionals globally, manage ATS data, and provide exceptional candidate experiences to support international hiring needs. Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 3-5 years of strong Australian recruitment and sourcing experience Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through multiple sourcing strategies Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and social sourcing tools Experience with SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Search is essential Proven ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions Expertise in MS applications (Excel, MS Word) is strongly preferred Can start ASAP This is a fully onsite position at our Mandaluyong office Available to work Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time Your Daily Tasks Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs Screen and engage with potential candidates to assess skills and experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process About the Client Driving Growth Across Global Industries Our client is an Australia-based entity composed of companies spanning Manufacturing, Transportation, Construction, Maritime, Mining, Oil, and Gas.
