Finance Manager (Manila, Singapore, Remote) Offramp is building a global USD account for emerging markets by combining the best of traditional financial rails and crypto. Role Overview As a key member of our finance department, you’ll take ownership of critical financial functions and contribute to shaping the company’s financial strategy. You will work closely with leadership to business performance, maintain rigorous financial controls, and ensure we meet regulatory requirements in the evolving crypto landscape. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting: Assist in the preparation and filing of account reports, and group tax returns Invoice Processing & Tracking: Process, track, and reconcile invoices and payroll Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver in-depth financial analysis to guide business decisions, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee and refine operating budget and financial forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with leadership on high-level financial planning and analysis, helping to shape the long-term financial strategy of the company. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Oversee liquidity and cash flow operations, ensuring optimal capital allocation and financial stability. Financial Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with international standards such as IFRS and US GAAP. Statutory Filings: Support the preparation and filing of statutory accounts for various group entities, ensuring adherence to local and international accounting standards. External Relations: Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize financial systems and processes, driving efficiency and accuracy across the finance function. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide financial insights and support to internal teams, helping them navigate complex financial challenges. Leadership Support: Assist leadership with additional finance-related tasks, supporting team development and operational efficiency. Who we’re looking for Professional Qualification: Fully qualified chartered accountant (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA). Experience: 3-5 years in finance, with experience in a top-tier accounting firm or a dynamic, high-growth organization, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IFRS, with a proven ability to apply these principles in complex, fast-moving business environments. Crypto & Digital Assets Knowledge: Experience in the crypto space is highly desirable, particularly in managing financial operations related to digital assets and Web3 ecosystems. Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to extract actionable insights from data. Financial Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial software, including Excel/Google Sheets and other financial systems. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
