Job PurposeContribute towards the achievement of zone’s targets through agency development and managing relationships between agency distributors and the Company.Critical AccountabilitiesKey Result AreasMajor ActivitiesOutputChallenges and RisksDevelopment of agency distributors to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Plans and implements strategies and tactics in meeting all measures of targets Develops managers and advisors to recruit sales force with the capability to access its desired target market Drives quality managers and advisors by implementing developmental and motivational activities to increase productivity and competence Coordinates with Agency Training and Development unit for developmental programs Ensures compliance to regular reports Achievement of KPI targets Manpower Activity rate, Case Productivity, Case Size (MACC)Agency developmental programs Reports compliance Meeting targets Managing agency demands Increase agency productivity and performance Implements and promotes Company sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Development Monitors persistency of business in the assigned branch Augments performance activity of manager and advisor Discusses possible causes of lapses and cancellations with concerned agents, and crafts solutions to improve business conservationSuccessful campaigns and drives Business volume Agency productivity (MDRT qualifiers) Achieve customer satisfaction through effective relationship management with managers and advisors Handles proper communication of agreements and expectations Coordinates with other units to address issues and concerns of distributors in the assigned branch Ensures that the agency distributors adhere to Company policies, business practices and norms Ensures that agents are well informed of new developments in the Company Develops and maintains high morale among agency distributors Agents’ satisfaction with the quality of support provided Compliance to company policies, business practices and norms Appropriateness of action taken on non-compliant agents Key Decisions/DimensionsDecisionsQuantifiable Data Related to JobDecide within scope of authority, determine priorities, set objectives and procedures to accomplish goals Address minor issues and recommends actions to resolve complex matters Number of Managers or Branches assigned Signing authority within level (i.e. Transfer of Business, Certain amount of withdrawal, Certain requests from branches) Educational QualificationsRelevant ExperienceGraduate of any 4-year- course Minimum of 5 years industry experience in Sales, Agency Development At least 2 years supervisory/managerial capacity Personal Characteristics/BehaviorsOther RequirementsAbility to work well with people of all levels within the organization High degree of professionalism and good business etiquette Detail -oriented Flexible Goal-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Communication Skills Negotiation Skills Presentation Skills Planning and Organizing Skills Please visit for more information.A global leader in insurance and investments, AXA takes care of 103 million lives in 64 countries worldwide.
