Job Description
This role is expected to have a deep understanding of both technical and business processes. They need to manage diverse project portfolios, ensuring they align with the broader technical and business strategies, while maintaining accountability for compliance, timely delivery, and operational risks.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Define project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Create project plans that includes defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage the masterplan, push progress forward to meet deadlines, and liaise with non-technical stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Develop project schedules, define milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.
• Identify dependencies, manage critical paths, and take necessary actions to keep the project on track and meet deadlines.
• Lead the technical requirements gathering with stakeholders in accordance to the desired customer journey
• Establish effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project status updates, prepare progress reports, and communicate project risks, issues, and milestones to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Manage project closure and production readiness activities, ensuring that user training/ support & deliverables, documentation are finalized and completed
• Conduct project evaluations, gather feedback, and identify lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Execution Excellence through Risk Management, Change Management and Quality Assurance
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks
• Develop risk mitigation strategies, create contingency plans, and monitor potential issues to minimize impact on the project.
• Develop quality control processes, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the desired quality.
• Anticipate and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess the impact of change requests, evaluate feasibility, and implement appropriate change control procedures to minimize disruptions and maintain project stability.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project stays within financial constraints.
• Constantly align on the transformation roadmap
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to their domain.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as Project Manager
• PMP certification is preferred
• Experience in Program / Project Management and Change Management
• Experience working in an Agile team
• Strong understanding of technical aspects such as software development, infrastructure, or data architecture.
• Experience in implementing security protocols and ensuring projects meet security requirements.
• Preferably familiar with tools used in the technical environment (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA)
• Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
