Start your journey with OBP today Job Summary Client Services Executive – Freight Forwarding (Onsite Work Setup Only, Salary: 50,000.00 – 60,000.00). Location: Ortigas, Pasig, and Cubao. Shift: Any shift schedule. Must be amenable to work onsite. Can start ASAP. Provide accurate shipment, delivery status, and issue information. Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns related to delays, damages, or other logistics challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions. Order Tracking: Monitor shipments, track progress, update customers on real‑time status, and send weekly order reports. Use CargoWise software and online tracking platforms. Account Management: Maintain rate cards, assist in new quotes for an array of customers. Keep detailed records of customer requirements, complaints, and resolutions. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, carriers, overseas agents. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer service procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years in customer service/account management in freight forwarding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think on the feet and find creative solutions. Accuracy in handling documentation and tracking information. Effective collaboration across departments. Experience with CargoWise software and advanced Excel. Must be amenable to onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig, and Cubao. Must be able to work any shift schedule. Can start ASAP.
