Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager and Business Unit Manager of the technical department
  • Monitor, check and maintain attendance of engineers and technical employees
  • Coordinate with engineers and technical employees with their daily schedules and tasks and monitor results
  • Assist in ministerial project management tasks like printing test results, preparation of tools, preparation of project materials, etc.
  • Encoding files and documents as may be assigned
  • Preparation of project management documents/technical documents as may be assigned
  • Report and submit weekly update to accounting manager regarding various project status
  • Attend daily meetings with other coordinators and project managers
  • Monitor and log tools borrowed by the engineers and technical department
  • Coordinate client warranty claims and client concerns with the administration department, following strictly the company policy and procedures
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
