Position: Project Coordinator

Location: On-Site (Office at Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City: Along Del Monte & D. Tuazon near Banawe, Mayon, G. Roxas & Balintawak)

At Modernbrands Inc we’re looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to support our technical team and ensure every initiative is executed with precision and success.

Your Mission:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Who You Are:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Architecture
• Passionate with managing projects and keeping things within the timeline and budget
• Preferably with 3+ years of experience as project coordinator or project-in-charge
• Excellent communicator
• Highly organized with the ability to meet project timelines and budgets
• Bonus: Background in modular cabinetry is a plus
