What You’ll Do (Your Role at a Glance) Be part of our client’s team as an Admin Support Specialist, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in care documentation. You’ll help maintain top‑quality records and support auditing processes that uphold the organization’s high standards of care. Audit client care logs to ensure alignment with documented care plans and eMARs (Electronic Medication Administration Records). Conduct audits of care plans using the audit tools provided by HI Altrincham. Ensure care plans on IQ are dated consistently with the latest service reviews in client files. Care Pro Administration Audit My Learning Cloud to ensure staff e‑learning modules are completed and up to date. Review Care Pro documents using HI Altrincham audit tools to verify accuracy and compliance. Perform document checks to maintain current and accurate staff records.
