Human Resources Generalist | Registered Psychometrician We are seeking a Systems Administrator with expert‑level Microsoft Project Management skills and hands‑on experience managing the full Microsoft ecosystem (365, Azure, Teams, Exchange) , with additional exposure to AWS cloud environments . This role combines technical leadership and project execution ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while driving IT initiatives that support business growth. Responsibilities Lead and deliver IT projects using Microsoft Project Management methodologies. Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure services. Manage user accounts, security policies, and cloud integrations. Oversee hybrid cloud infrastructure, including AWS environments. Implement and maintain system security (firewalls, MFA, DLP, intrusion prevention). Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure high uptime and system performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs. Document systems, processes, and project outcomes for continuity. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in system administration and IT project management. Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Exchange , and related admin tools. Strong background in Microsoft Project Management for IT or infrastructure projects. Experience with AWS cloud administration is highly preferred. Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and security best practices. Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator, PMP, AWS Certified) are a plus . Why Join Us?
