  • Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, inventory monitoring, scheduling, and reporting
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams for timely execution of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between marketing, retail, and external stakeholders
  • Support event and campaign logistics when needed
Qualifications
  • Highly organized and reliable with strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with digital files, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
  • A team player who can multitask and manage time effectively
  • Has an interest in marketing and is willing to grow in a creative, high-energy environment
  • Previous experience in an admin or marketing support role is a plus
