Overview AgencyBloc + HubSpot Data Automation Specialist (Remote | Contract | Flexible Hours). We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented systems integrator (preferably abroad) to prove data flow between AgencyBloc, HubSpot, and QuickBooks Online by mapping APIs and building automations in Zapier or Make (Integromat). The goal is to design an automated data flow that moves information such as policy details, commissions, and client updates from AgencyBloc into HubSpot (and later QuickBooks) and to demonstrate a working architecture that can scale our operation. We’re a U.S.-based Medicare insurance brokerage. Responsibilities Connect AgencyBloc → HubSpot (API, Zapier, or Make/Integromat). Map and sync data fields (Client name, Policy ID, Carrier, Premium, Net Commission, Chargebacks). Create a simple HubSpot dashboard to visualize commissions and retention. Document every step of the process with screenshots and workflow notes. Optional: help export summarized data into QuickBooks for accounting purposes. Qualifications Experience with insurance CRMs (AgencyBloc preferred, but others acceptable). Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, properties, and custom objects. Ability to use Zapier or Make (Integromat) for automation (or write light custom API scripts). Solid written communication with ability to document built work. Bonus: familiarity with QuickBooks Online API or accounting data flows. Compensation & Schedule Rate: $10–$25/hour (depending on experience) Estimated project: 20–30 hours total (with potential for ongoing automation work) Schedule: Flexible, remote, and independent — just meet deadlines and communicate clearly.
