Apply now and take charge of your success Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 6.30, the equivalent in your local currency Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm, Eastern Time (Washington DC) Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Scope Working with Washington DC market focus Handle both inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting activities Work with established AI technology, RingCentral phone system, and marketing automation Collaborate with external marketing agency while maintaining direct client relationships Target both residential clients and commercial/property management accounts Build and maintain relationships with service provider network across DC's four quadrants Process payments and coordinate service delivery logistics Responsibilities Convert incoming leads from marketing campaigns and AI chatbot transfers into paying clients Handle inbound phone calls and provide professional customer service to prospects Conduct cold calling and email outreach to apartment complexes, property management companies, and commercial accounts Close sales deals and process payments through the company\'s website platform Acquire and onboard professional service providers (cleaning companies, dog walkers, etc.) to join the marketplace Work collaboratively with the existing marketing team to ensure seamless lead handoffs Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects through the sales pipeline Conduct outreach to property managers at individual properties within larger management companies Requirements Strong experience in CLIENT ACQUISITION Strong communication skills with professional phone presence Strong sales experience in cold calling, lead generation and CLOSING SALES is a must Experience with cold calling and handling rejections/objections Ability to close deals and work through sales objections Resilience and persistence in face of frequent rejections Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams WITH INCENTIVES Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Reminder Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
