We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operation at Inventory Exchange Group of Companies. This role will oversee accounting activities, ensure financial accuracy, and support operational efficiency across production and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial management, cost control, and a working knowledge of both manufacturing and logistics environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements. Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets and ledger maintenance. Supervise cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, freight cost analysis and production cost tracking. Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze costs, monitor KPIs and support operational decision‑making. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with business goals. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Manage and develop the finance/accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization across manufacturing and logistics operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred). Proven experience in finance or accounting leadership, preferably in manufacturing and/or logistics. Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain financials. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools; strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including production, warehousing, and distribution.
