We work with around 7,000 partner communities or barangays across the country, delivering programmes on Protection from Violence, Inclusive Health, Education, Economic Empowerment and Resilience. About the Role As Communications and Advocacy Officer you will lead and implement communications, visibility and advocacy initiatives for two transformative projects: ACCESS 2 and BABAE Project. You’ll bridge humanitarian and development work, amplifying community voices, promoting gender equality and driving inclusive change. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, local partners, and the national Communications, Advocacy and Campaigns Unit to deliver impactful storytelling, awareness campaigns and strategic partnerships with government, media and civil society. Key Responsibilities Lead communications and advocacy efforts for ACCESS 2 and BABAE Projects. Develop and manage content for social media, websites and campaigns. Collaborate with LGUs, NGAs and civil society to promote gender‑transformative and inclusive humanitarian actions. Support national and global campaigns aligned with the organisation’s Country Strategy (FY23–27). What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Development Communication, Mass Communication, Public Administration or related field. At least 1 year of experience in communications, content creation and social media management. Experience working with LGUs and NGAs in development or humanitarian contexts. Strong understanding of digital platforms and emerging technologies. Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills. Passion for gender equality, inclusion and child rights.
