Respondent Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Customer Success Manager We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves helping customers. As part of our growing Customer Success team, you’ll partner with clients like Microsoft and Anthropic to help them get the most value out of Respondent. If you are a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and growing in a fast‑paced global startup, this is the perfect role for you Respondent is building the infrastructure that powers participant recruiting for the research industry. Our mission is to make it effortless for researchers to find high‑quality human participants. We’re a lean team of ~30 people across Sydney, Manila, and the U.S. We’ve recently become profitable and are ramping up to accelerate growth. What You’ll Do Onboard and enable new customers : Partner closely with Sales to deliver smooth onboarding experiences—running platform demos, training sessions, and sharing best practices so customers feel confident using Respondent. Drive adoption and growth : Act as the primary contact for assigned strategic accounts—managing incoming queries, tracking utilisation and engagement metrics, and collaborating with Account Managers to increase adoption and paid usage. Champion the customer : Act as the voice of the customer in partnership with the AM teams—spotting recurring themes, sharing insights, and ensuring feedback directly shapes product and process improvements. Collaborate cross‑functionally : Work closely with Product, Operations, and Fulfilment teams to streamline internal processes, improve our product, and continually enhance customer experience. What You’ll Bring Customer facing expertise : Solid experience building relationships and helping customers get value from a platform—ideally in SaaS, research, or marketplace businesses. Strong communicator : Engages customers with empathy, clarity, and confidence—whether over email, or live calls. Organised and reliable : Skilled at managing multiple accounts and priorities. Data‑driven mindset : Comfortable working with data and dashboards to uncover insights. Cross‑functional collaborator : Builds strong partnerships across internal teams, sharing insights and translating and solving customer needs. Meaningful impact : Plays a key role in helping the world’s top companies—like Microsoft and Anthropic—run better research and make smarter decisions.
