Budgeting and forecasting* Assist in data gathering, development and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts, working closely with the cost center managers.* Support near- and long-term P&L forecast.2. Variance analysis3. Assist in the preparation and processing of cost center managers' monthly budget to actual review reports.4. Assist in the consolidation of feedback from the cost center managers, as well as investigating and responding to concerns/queries if needed.5. Assist in the preparation of management reports related to monthly variance report and other components of the monthly financial package.6. Treasury/cashflow forecasting* Assist in the preparation of weekly and 12-month rolling cash forecast.7. Ad-hoc* Support the FP&A team in conducting financial reviews, presentations, and discussions with cost center managers and senior leadership.* Assist and coordinate with the Data Project team for various process improvements.* Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.**Role Details*** Industry: Finance* Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)* Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)* Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient* Salary Range: PHP 75,000 - 80,000**Ideal Candidates will have:*** Extensive experience in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.* Advanced Excel modeling* Must be able to work independently, Strong sense of ownership and accountability.* Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.* Hands-on, results-oriented, and self-motivated* Proactive problem-solving skills including the ability to define possible solutions, foresee issues, and provide effective solutions.* Analytical skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to dynamic expectations.* Ability to organize, interpret and analyze large volumes of data.* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with company leaders and Cost Center Managers.**Additional Job Requirements*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.* **Experience:** 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, corporate finance, or consulting* Extensive experience in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.* Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.* **Technical skills:** Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot, macros, financial modeling tools, and the like).* **Experience with ERP system - Workday Adaptive Financial Planning experience is required.*** Working knowledge of US GAAP.* Additional certification (CPA or CMA, or CFP) is a plus but not required.**About DCX**DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
