This role ensures all financial records remain updated, correct, and compliant to fulfill report deadlines, business requirements, and internal/external audit obligations. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (an advantage). Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in real estate or other related industries, and/or handled various functions in general accounting and tax audit/compliance. Effective in all aspects of communication, including oral, written, tax presentation, and negotiation skills (an advantage). Proficiency in various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), or other accounting software (an advantage). Knowledge and understanding relevant to general accounting, tax compliance, and business processes/operations. Keen on details, especially in general accounting and tax audit/compliance. Demonstrates a high level of integrity, transparency, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
