Event Planning & Coordination:Plan and execute events from start to finish, including logistics, budgets, and vendor management.
Partnership Development:Identify, secure, and maintain strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
Marketing & Promotion:Develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance and partnership engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and participants.
Evaluation & Reporting:Track event outcomes and partnership success, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.
Administrative Support:Manage event calendars, registration, and documentation.
Educational Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certification in Event Planning or related industry qualifications (optional but preferred).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in event management, partnership coordination, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing corporate events and securing partnerships.
- Experience working with sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of event management software and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and event management tools is a plus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and improve event and partnership strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
