Production Planning / Inventory Control Coordinator
Job Overview: As our PPIC Coordinator, you’ll be the key person behind planning production schedules, tracking inventory, and ensuring our team has everything they need to deliver beautiful, high-quality cabinets on time.
Responsibilities and Duties- Create and manage weekly production schedules based on customer orders
- Track inventory of raw materials, hardware, and accessories
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests
- Communicate with the production team, installers, and owner regarding schedules, delays, or material needs
- Prepare simple reports on stock, materials usage, and job progress
- At least 1–2 years of experience in production, inventory, or operations (cabinetry or construction experience is a plus)
- Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Honest, dependable, and proactive
