Overview As a Telesales Representative, your primary role will be to contact potential players and persuade them to sign up, make a deposit and play on the website. Your goal will be to increase the company's customer base and revenue by successfully promoting our games and promotions through phone conversations. Responsibilities Contact existing and potential new clients to introduce company products and services to convince sales and generate more revenue for the company. Assist and resolve client issues related to company products and maintain good review and impression from the clients. Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques. Collect and report clients' feedback or suggestions for future improvements purposes. Strong awareness on data privacy and highly-disciplined on protecting company and clients' information Qualifications college graduate experience in call center (preferred) fluent english communication level Active and cheerful personality willing to work under pressure (meet monthly sales target) Age: prefer 22y/o or above #J-18808-Ljbffr
