Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Clark, Cebu or Tarlac City
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting
- Process corporate bank account reviews and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- EOM and YE close routine
- Review payroll tax payments and filings
- Use and implement QuickBooks for clients (QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop)
- 2-3 years' experience as a US Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Experience working with a CPA firm is a plus
- Prior US client experience + QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop is required
- Professional presentation and conduct are required
- Must be responsible and self-managed, have excellent follow-up and tracking skills and be detail-oriented
