Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Brand Manager to lead and drive the strategic growth of our brand. This position involves developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management and a passion for driving brand growth. Experience from the FMCG or Agriculture industry is a plus .
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and consumer insights.
- Brand Positioning: Develop clear and consistent brand positioning to maintain competitive advantage and resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
- Product Launches: Manage the execution of product launches and rebranding efforts, ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Budget Management: Control and allocate the brand marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Consumer Insights & Feedback: Analyze consumer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to refine brand strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Brand Awareness & Market Share: Drive brand awareness and increase market share through innovative strategies and effective brand campaigns.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key brand performance metrics, such as brand equity, campaign effectiveness, and market share.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG or Agriculture industry is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Proven success in managing and executing brand campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce strategies.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
