Design new products and refine existing ones, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, and other departments to align designs with customer needs. Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance quality, reduce costs, and streamline processes. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report progress to senior management. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of mechanical design experience. Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and engineering standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
