Job Title : Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Specialist)

Summary (Why this Role Matters)

As a Marketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility. By managing social media communications and executing marketing strategies, you ensure that our messaging resonates with the right audience, ultimately driving engagement and growth.

Key Duties

• Populate and manage social media calendar
• Create social media posts using Canva templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Generate social media copy aligned with brand guidelines and tones
• Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot, maximizing engagement for brand awareness
• Conduct monthly reporting and provide insights for optimization of social media channels
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials
• Implement a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
• Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates
• Update website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality
• Assist in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients

Skills & Experience (Overview)

• Marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
• Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
• Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors
• Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, project manage, and create compelling copy
• Company-provided laptop and extra monitor
