Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our Logistics Blended Account. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and perform administrative tasks across multiple communication channels including voice, email, and chat. You will manage orders, coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams, provide accurate product knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient service while adhering to company policies.

- Resolve issues and perform administrative tasks related to orders and accounts.
- Manage orders and coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams.
- Provide accurate product knowledge to customers.
- Deliver efficient service while adhering to company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- At least HS (Old Curriculum); SHS Graduate. College undergrads are welcome to apply (with or without BPO Exp.).
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels (voice, email, chat) and customers simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed knowledge of logistics services and products.
- Ability to identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant company systems and software for data entry and order management.
- A positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations, including shipping and tracking procedures.
- With Complexity and Rice Allowance + A Signing Bonus.
