Overview

We are a dynamic, fast-growing team seeking a versatile HR professional who can lead HR initiatives and provide high-level virtual support to leadership. Roles may involve both HR management and executive support, with opportunities for long-term remote work and occasional on-site or hybrid arrangements, depending on the posting.

Responsibilities (selected)
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll-related activities with external providers and ensure accuracy of government contributions, tax withholdings, and other deductions where applicable.
  • Oversee benefits administration (health insurance, leaves, etc.) and manage HR operations across touchpoints in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Facilitate onboarding/orientation for new hires and conduct exit processes with appropriate documentation.
  • Act as a primary contact between staff and leadership to foster positive relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws, internal controls, and audits; support government reporting as needed.
  • Support performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans; provide guidance on HR best practices.
  • Partner with management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications (typical across postings)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience preferred, with some postings requiring 3–7 years and/or managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll processes, DOLE requirements, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS tools and MS Office Suite; ability to analyze data and generate HR metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work onsite or remotely as required by the role; some postings specify Mondays–Saturdays or specific days on-site.
