Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team

What you’ll do includes developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD); designing and building customized reports, dashboards, and views within ServiceNow; applying code-level changes using JavaScript and leveraging the NOW platform for low-code/no-code development; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs; and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD).
  • Design and build customized reports, dashboards, and views within ServiceNow.
  • Apply code-level changes using JavaScript and leverage the NOW platform for low-code/no-code development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of development experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with ServiceNow’s NOW platform (low-code/no-code).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and flexible with shifting schedules.
