Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Job Summary This position is responsible for the overall management of the company’s financial planning and analysis function and overseeing the business partnering. This position works with BU and Functional leaders in evaluating the overall business performance. This role involves hands-on work in forecasting, pricing analysis, CAPEX and cost reviews. The FP&A Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing a team of Finance Analysts. Responsibilities Plans and uses resources efficiently, always look for opportunities to control costs, produces accurate and realistic budgets, monitors and adjusts budgets as required, and contributes to budget planning. Sets challenging and productive goals for the team, and accountable for actions, apply clear and consistent performance standards, provides leadership and motivation, provides resources and support, uses milestones and data to monitor progress, and sets up systems and processes to measure results. Develops realistic plans, sets goals, aligns plans with company goals, plans and manages resources, creates contingency plans, and coordinates and cooperates with others. Requirements At least 8 years of relevant work experience 2 years in supervisory or leadership role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis. Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting system.
