Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you\'ll lead complex technology projects, drive stakeholder alignment, and oversee successful project delivery using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods—all while ensuring transparency, performance, and client satisfaction.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Weekends off)

Work setup: Hybrid, Makati/Alabang

Salary: PHP 200,000 to PHP 250,000

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management , with a focus on IT Business Transformation
• Proven success delivering large-scale projects (₱5M+ budgets) for enterprise or blue-chip clients
• Demonstrated experience leading projects within IT or technology-driven environments
• Strong track record in complex program delivery and stakeholder management
• Experience in delivering programs using agile, waterfall, or hybrid techniques
• High energy levels with a drive for successful project execution
• Strong leadership presence with a proven ability to build and guide high-performing teams
• Excellent references from former employers and client sponsors
• Project Management certifications preferred but not required
• High integrity and professionalism
• Ability to manage one project at a time effectively
• Prior consulting experience is welcomed but not required

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead a technology-based project on behalf of a client, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery within governance frameworks
• Collaborate with the client to align key stakeholders with a unified vision and roadmap
• Ensure transparency in project reporting and communications
• Manage stakeholders and implement strong project management and control disciplines
• Deliver projects and programs using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methods as appropriate
