Overview Finance Director, Consumer Services sector – Wilson National Capital Region, Philippines. This role reports to the Country Managing Director and will lead the country finance function with a lean team. You will participate in strategic planning, help define the business strategy, and ensure end-to-end business partnering, while designing and implementing systems, processes, internal controls, and compliance measures appropriate for the business. Responsibilities Lead the country finance function and manage a lean finance team. Partner with the business from end-to-end, supporting strategic planning and direction. Design and implement financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of finance and business leadership experience with a progressive multinational corporation (MNC). Recognized Accounting Degree or CPA certification. Broad-based finance experience with strong influencing skills and good commercial acumen. Candidates from services and consumer sectors are preferred.
