As a Finance Partnering Manager in Global Finance at Haleon you will be offered a great breadth and depth of opportunity and challenge. Finance provides the partnership, strategic guidance and support services that our business units need to operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization Achieving targets in the area of Data and Reporting within the Business Unit Finance organization Keeping key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business Collaborating with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and to seek effective business solutions through improvements in data management processes and procedures Driving Monthly Financial data quality management including controls and improvements Designing and managing Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions to enable ad‑hoc reporting Demonstrating cross‑function matrix navigation & management People development: supporting the development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization Managing a team of 15 to 20 analysts/contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting of data Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning and decision making Direct experience with financial software and systems Preferred Qualifications MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting Strong analytics training or experience Strong problem‑solving skills Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles Core Capabilities Consumer first, always: engage key business counterparts and operational stakeholders to deliver operational execution of Haleon strategies related to eCommerce activities, always putting the consumer first Collaborate for impact: establish and maintain relationships with critical groups to ensure customer knowledge is utilized to inform and deliver on the eCommerce roadmap Unlock value, at pace: drive business process improvement throughout the commercial and operational support teams, unlocking value at pace Grow myself and others: continuously look for opportunities to learn, build skills, and share learning, growing myself and others Code of Conduct and Leadership Expectations Be the role model that brings our Code to life, by always acting with the highest ethical standards Ensure your team, especially new members, are familiar with our Code and the Ethics & Compatibility contact in your market Maintain an environment of trust that allows all to speak up, reinforcing the guarantee of anonymity and non‑retaliation Listen to your team and promptly raise any compliance concerns you become aware of Make any necessary corrective and preventive decisions, in a timely manner Recognize those in your team who display ethical behavior; share examples of good ethical decision‑making Provide timely support into any company investigation of potential wrongdoing Equal Opportunities Haleon is committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
