Manage stock for installation jobs, coordinate with technicians and schedulers, and handle overseas orders and inventory reporting. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Daily account of stock for installation jobs. Issue stock records for technicians. Order products from headquarters (overseas) to replenish old stock. Submit weekly and monthly summary stock reports. Raise purchase orders/requests for overseas parts. Collaborate with schedulers and technicians to ensure installation schedules are met within the timeline. Prepare stock checklist for annual stock report. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Open to fresh graduates. Willing to be trained or candidates with 6 months of experience in stock control and warehouse. Willingness to render overtime work. Strong proficiency in computer operations (MS Office); experience with warehousing systems is preferable. Basic technical knowledge is an advantage. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Detail-oriented and trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and ensuring inventory accuracy. Willing to work onsite in Makati City. This job may close before the stated closing date.
