Stock Controller (With Auto Electrical Experience) Cartrack Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Stock Controller to join our team. Responsibilities Daily account of stock for installation jobs. Issue of stock record for technicians. Order of product from headquarters (overseas) to replenish old stock. Submit weekly/monthly summary stock reports. Raise purchase orders/requests (for overseas parts). Work with schedulers and technicians as a team to ensure installation schedules are met within the timeline. Prepare stock check list for annual stock report. Minor electrical repair of GPS trackers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Technology, Office Administration, Inventory or Warehouse Management courses or any related field. With 1 year experience in doing electrical repairs for GPS trackers or experience in stock control and warehouse inventory management. Willing to render overtime work. Strong proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office) and experience in using warehousing system is preferable. Basic technical knowledge is an advantage. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Detail oriented, trustworthy in handling stock responsibly and taking ownership of inventory accuracy. Willing to work onsite in Poblacion, Makati City.
