Key Responsibilities Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets. Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and information accuracy. Perform regular data backups and ensure secure storage of company information. Generate reports and summaries based on data entry activities when required. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software . Proficient typing speed with minimal errors (minimum 45 words per minute preferred). Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of data confidentiality and cybersecurity practices. Experience Minimum of 1 year of data entry or administrative experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent computer literacy and attention to detail are also encouraged to apply. Working Hours Flexible work schedule based on project requirements.
