Credit Control And Finance Associate – Onsite or Hybrid / 2nd and 3rd shift

• Proper and timely clearing of customer bank payments against remittance details
• Analysis and timely disposition of long outstanding receipts posted as "On Account" to customer subledger
• Consistent follow-up and coordination with concerned local counterpart for missing remittance details and treatment billings / revenues
• Proper handling of customer queries as well as on-time response to incoming requests
• Ensure service level agreements on timeliness and accuracy of postings are met or exceeded
• Continuously find ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness by suggesting and implementing process improvements and best practices

• Qualifications
• Graduate of accountancy or other finance-related bachelor's degree
• Any 4-year course graduate can be accepted as long as with relevant experience
• SAP background is a must
• Ticketing tool background would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Team player, hardworking, and pleasing personality
• Hybrid working setup
• Must be willing to be assigned in 2nd and 3rd shift

• Position: Finance Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handle client timekeeping as well as provide an immediate response to timesheet queries while closely collaborating with Team Leaders
• Provide administrative assistance with the filling of the following forms: SSS, Maternity Benefits, R3 & Philhealth (monthly basis)
• Organise bank reconciliation on a weekly basis as well as prepare checks
• Handle coding & reconciliation for accounts payable by collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure queries resolution & updated accounts at all times
• Prepare and issue withholding tax certificates to partner suppliers
• Organise accrual, prepayment, and payroll journal on a monthly basis
• Ensure the preparation of withholding tax certificates as well as the reconciliation and filing of BIR returns & PEZA forms

REQUIREMENTS :

• Native/Fluent in English & Filipino, both oral and written
• Previous experience working in Finance and/or General accounting is essential
• Holder of a CPA & a BA or College degree in finance or accountancy is preferred
• Full working proficiency with MS Office and Excel (Advanced level)
• Familiarity with Xero will be considered as an advantage
• Prior experience or knowledge of PEZA transactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Ability to work either from home or from the office
