Job Description About The RoleFinance associates in Maxima are rotated across different functions as part of their career growth. In this role, the initial job assignment includes the following: Reconciliation of cash in bank (general ledger vs bank statement). Communicate with internal departments to confirm deposit details, including deposit amount, date, and account information. Minimum QualificationsWe need individuals who: Graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Responsibilities and Qualifications for Other Roles: Financial Reporting and Controls Associate: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, gather and consolidate financial data, perform initial checks and reconciliations. Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist: Analyze, audit, and report on company financials, develop and maintain revenue forecasts, provide financial reporting for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end results. COE Controllership Tower Lead: Handle financial control processes, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, proficiency in ERP systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. FP & A Tower Lead: Handle financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, have stakeholder management and global and end-to-end accounting processes exposure. Other Qualifications and Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA license or equivalent professional certification. At least 2-10 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related fields. Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other financial tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
