Account Director - Commerce (100% Remote - Philippines) 2 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants Job Summary As a key member of the Partner Success team at HTS, you will support the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across flights, hotels, cars, and packages. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will focus on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform. Responsibilities Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, maximizing partner satisfaction and revenue performance. Lead onboarding, enablement, and day‑to‑day engagement for Korean‑speaking partners, acting as their advocate within HTS. Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial) to resolve partner issues and deliver an excellent partner experience. Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data‑backed decisions to optimize offerings. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Business‑level fluency in Korean and English (required). Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships. Excellent analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making. Experience in travel, e‑commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
