About the role Join CE LOGIC, Inc as a Solutions Sales Specialist and play a key role in driving sales growth and customer success. As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities for the company's range of innovative publishing solutions. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City What you'll be doing Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking and other prospecting activities Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique publishing challenges and recommend tailored solutions Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value and benefits of CE Logic offerings Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals within defined targets and timelines Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the publishing or software industry Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome objections Proficient in using CRM tools and sales enablement technologies Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred What we offer Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills Collaborative and supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning Opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing industry leader About us CE LOGIC is a leading provider of innovative publishing solutions for academic, professional and consumer markets.
