Main Purpose Of The JobThe Creative Communications Officer will write and review communication materials intended for AXA Philippines’ various external stakeholders including but not limited to prospects or leads, customers, regulators, and the general public. The types of communication may be in the form of letters or emails, articles, advisories, product brochures, content for the company website and other digital assets, SMS and Viber messages, and social media posts. He/she will also assist with other communication or stakeholder relationship-building activities led by the team. Key AccountabilitiesEnsure that communications to AXA’s external audience are engaging, and relevant, and that content is creative and messaging is consistent. Experience in writing about health insurance, healthcare, or with a medical background is preferred. Write or rewrite content for the AXA Philippines website and other digital assets such as the Emma by AXA PH app as well as partner materials (Metrobank, PSBank, and Cebu Pacific), among others. Support the brand team by editing and improving copy/content for product and marketing materials which include scripts for corporate videos and ads, among others. Support the corporate communications team in writing and reviewing requirements as well as in other activities as necessary. Key StakeholdersExternal - stakeholders include but are not limited to prospects or leads, customers, regulators, and the general public. Internal - clients such as colleagues from the Marketing division, Office of the President, Operations, etc. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role in insurance or financial services industry (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of the industry’s regulatory and compliance issues for purposes of communicating effectively with stakeholders on a wide range of issues. Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrates attention to detail/organization skills.Strong proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high-quality and accurate. Decision-making and problem-solving skills; with a sense of urgency & orientation for deadlines; ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
