Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide end user technical support from tickets received via phone, email, or customer portal.
  2. Escalate tickets to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as needed.
  3. Understand networking services such as DNS, DHCP, and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
  4. Perform workstation imaging.
  5. Remove viruses/malware.
  6. Maintain and update documentation.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of providing IT support to end-users.
  2. Hands-on experience with MSP is mandatory.
  3. Experience with administration of Office 365 and the Office product suite.
  4. Experience with Active Directory, including implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy and AD topologies.
  5. Understanding of VoIP technologies, administration, and troubleshooting.
  6. Knowledge of SaaS-based products and management of customer licenses.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Resourceful and proactive in a dynamic environment.
  9. Willing to obtain certifications within the designated timeframe, including ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Net+, and Security+.

Experience:

  1. Help desk: 3 years (Preferred)
  2. Windows: 3 years (Preferred)
  3. Administering Office 365: 3 years (Required)
